The death of Mrs. Phélicien (Emma) LeBlanc of Belliveau Village occurred at Providence Home in Shediac, Tuesday after a short illness. She was 88.

Born in Pré-d'en-Haut, she was a daughter of the late Phillip and Madeline (Richard) Auffrey.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Dan LeBlanc (Laudia) of Moncton and Mrs. Adolphe Bourque (Alice) of Detroit; six sons, Joël and Daniel, both of Belliveau Village, Clarence of Lakeburn, Léo of Beloil, Que., Dominique of Montreal, and Phillip of Dieppe; one sister Mrs. Henry LeBlanc (Rose Anne) of Moncton; three brothers, Fred of Pré-d'en-Haut, Amos of Ludlow, Mass., and David of Springfield, Mass.; 21 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

The body is resting at Dupuis funeral home, Memramcook with funeral to be held from the Pré-d’en-Haut Roman Catholic Church, Friday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in the the parish cemetery.
